Position Purpose
Reporting to the Senior Executive Assistant and Manager of Special Projects (SEA) to the President, the Administrative Associate provides high-level, confidential administrative support to the Office of the President to ensure that the services and functions of the office are carried out in an efficient and professional manner. The Administrative Associate takes the lead in providing front-line communication and customer service for the President’s Office and collaborates with the SEA to the President to manage the President’s calendar.
Required Qualifications - Education and Yrs Exp
Bachelors plus 3-5 years' experience or equivalent combination of education and experience

- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy in all matters.
- Ability to take initiative, adapt and prioritize tasks, and anticipate the President’s needs.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
- Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced and occasionally high-pressure environment.
- Ability to work comfortably independently and collaboratively as part of a team, both with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work on occasional nights/weekends.
- At least 3 years of relevant office experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in higher education.
- Experience planning events.
- Experience supporting executives.
