Advanced Aqua Systems in St. George, UT is currently hiring for a remote full- or part-time Administrative Coordinator to provide general office support for our business. This work-from-home position earns a competitive wage of $20 to $25 per hour.

DAY-TO-DAY

You enjoy a very flexible full- or part-time schedule while still making yourself available for calls during office hours.

As an Administrative Coordinator, you're the go-to person for scheduling appointments, making service calls, payment calls, sales calls, and tech support calls. You keep everyone on the same page, from our technicians to our customers, vendors, and management, by communicating crucial information in a clear and concise manner. Efficiency is your middle name, and you're responsible for scheduling appointments, managing our office calendar, keeping records, performing data entry, and even handling some bookkeeping tasks.

REQUIREMENTS FOR AN ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATOR

  • 1+ years of experience with QuickBooks (additional training will be provided)
  • Ability to work independently
  • Must live in Utah
  • Ability to use social media, apps, and programs such as Photoshop, Adobe, etc. to help generate and promote products
