Cru Gastro Lounge, Oxford's destination eatery and drinkery is looking for a dynamic, experienced server for our continued growth. Oxford is the home to Miami Ohio University and provides a robust dining environment.

The key to a great meal is good food and even better service. Good service is the missing element in many restaurants today and a server with great skills is a dying art. Part of our business plan includes private parties, banquets, rehearsal dinners and social events and provides an opportunity for income potential.

The ideal candidate should have a solid background as a server with some bartending experience.

This position demands a personality driven, energetic, dedicated, hard working, ultra-reliable customer focused person that knows what a true customer dining experience is about.

Key Elements of this Position:

• This is a part-time position (possible full-time)
• Evenings Tuesday - Saturday.
• The position may be from 2-5 shifts a week depending on your availability.
• Hours - 3:30pm - approximately 10:30
• Rotating Weekend Days
• Never open on Sunday or Monday
• Never open on holidays - Extwended closures around major holidays
• Promptness, attention to detail and dedication to a true quality dining experience is essential.
