Description:
We are looking for Representatives to provide outstanding customer service related to the health care community. You will respond to inbound calls and chat messages regarding various Health Care related concerns such as Scheduling appointments, medical dispatch, authorizations, provider status and availability, insurance or claims payment and status. We are looking for individuals who can accurately assess caller requests, answer caller inquires and processes requests while focusing on first call resolution and/or appropriate call escalation protocols. You may be required to make some outbound calls for follow ups.

Description:

  • Primary role is answering phones, scheduling transportation, creating/updating reservations by phone, email and/or fax.
  • Identify the needs of the customers, clarify information and provide accurate answers to customers issues or concerns.
  • Accurately schedule patients and update caller information in client provided CRM systems.
  • Handle ambulance reservations & activation for non-emergency medical transportation.
  • Verify member appointment dates and times.
  • Communicate driver estimated time of arrival.
  • Activating “Will Call” pickups.
  • Maintaining clear communication between Members, Providers, Drivers, Appointment Facilities, Dialysis Centers, Dispatchers and our client.

Pay Rate: $17-18/hr

  • A bonus of $1 per hour after 30 days based on attendance
  • After 60 days, attendance bonus will increase to $2 per hour
  • After 90 days, attendance bonus will increase to $3 per hour
  • Additional bonuses for High Quality Scores!

Duration: Contract to Hire (we are looking and open to permanents!)

Start Date: 5/22/23

Location: ONSITE Phoenix, AZ ( 48th st & McDowell) then moves to REMOTE after 90 days, if you have/can provide own equipment.

Training Schedule: Onsite training, the first 4 weeks

Hours: 8 hour shifts with a set schedule!
