Polding GA LLC is a small business in Charlotte, NC. We are professional, agile, creative and our goal is to Serve customers through a variety of maintenance person and general carpentry projects.

Our work environment includes:

• Casual work attire

• Must have willingness and ability to occaisionally work in the Triad (Greensboro, Winston-Salem, High Point).
• Assemble building material components such as roof and floor truss, Deck frames, wall frames, and Rafters.
• Cutting and installing trim, including crown moulding.
• Installation of windows, flashing, and exterior trim.

• General knowledge of carpentry
• Knowledge and experience with power tools, especially circular saws, miter saws, reciprocating saws, and power drills.
• Use of hand tools
• Able to work in weather-exposed environments
• Able to lift up to and over 75 lbs. continuously
• Must have steel toe boots, goggles will be provided
• Must have a 22oz hammer and measure tape
• Safety conscious

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: From $24.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Charlotte, NC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Handyman: 1 year (Preferred)
• Frame carpentry: 1 year (Required)
• Carpentry: 3 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)

Willingness to travel:

• 25% (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
