  • We are a business formation company headquartered in Reno, NV that specializes in helping businesses launch and grow throughout the U.S.
  • We act as a registered agent in all 50 states and consult on business formation services as well as business growth services such as tax planning, business credit, marketing, etc
  • On average, a Client Advisor will make $70,000 in their first 12 months in this role.
  • Our commission structure is uncapped.

Position Overview

Client Advisors are responsible for being the first point of contact for our potential clients through our online portal. In this position you will consult with business owners in offering custom solutions on getting their business launched and ready to grow!


Responsibilities

  • Call potential clients that have inquired about our products and services through our online portal.
  • Possess strong knowledge of Inc Authority products and services to identify customer’s needs when qualifying them.
  • Demonstrate an aptitude for business startup consultation to increase customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate effectively and professionally in all forms of communication with potential customers and internal team members.
  • Maintain complete and accurate records of all daily activity and customer contact.
