We are currently seeking a highly motivated Customer Experience Coordinator/Telemarketer to join our team.

Pay Scale: $16.00 - $24.00 per hour, dependent upon skill set + Generous Spiff Program + Benefits

Work Hours: Full time; Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, occasional overtime as needed

Primary Job Function: Maintenance & ATOS Contract Administrator. Complete outbound calls to explain warranty of new equipment sales and program benefits. Processing all Service Department warranties. Supporting dispatchers daily and on Vacations. Maintain customer database with current information. Maintain & promote new and old client retention. Develop strategies with the service manager to promote growth and sustainability of work. Assist in taking incoming customers calls and creating dispatch tickets as service calls are received

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years working within service-related industry, HVAC a huge plus!
• Experience working in a sales role
• Contract administration experience
• Training and development experience
• Intermediate to advanced MS Word, Excel, and Outlook skill set
• Impeccable customer service skills
• Ability to multi-task and stay calm within a fast-paced environment
• Energetic personality with strong interpersonal skills
• Must pass background check and pre-employment drug testing
• Able to communicate clearly in English language, both verbally and written
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
