Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:.


  • Administers the implementation and compliance of on-going testing programs
  • Develops requirements documents; develops project approval matrix; identifies project team training and tool needs; defines, recommends and secures contractual agreements for services and products
  • Coordinates requirements, schedules implementation and post-implement plans, and develops service-level agreements for vendor partners and global resources firms
  • Applying project management knowledge, skills, tools and techniques to project deliverables, processes, and systems.
  • In addition to all responsibilities of a project manager this position coaches and mentors project team members
  • Ensures program meets its stated objectives
  • Provides subject matter expertise in response to day to day business issues
  • Researches applicable subject matter practices; Skilled in process documentation and creation
  • Schedules, conducts and attends meetings, supports management in overall objectives.


Requirements
:

  • Requires a BA/BS in a related field and/or minimum of 2 years experience with business process which would provide an equivalent background.
  • SharePoint and JIRA experience preferred
  • MS-Teams, Project, Excel, and Word

  • Standard business hours, time zone may vary, Central time zone preferred.
  • Possess a can-do attitude.
