Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manages all accounts in the Sales Advisor lifecycle
- Reconcile discrepancies in accounts to ensure an extraordinary customer experience
- Collaborate across departments to support needs of the customer from a sales POV (Customer Experience, Manufacturing, Technology, Professional Care Team)
- Leverage relationships with key vendors to resolve issues with payments, refunds, shipping, etc.
- Meets regularly with sales leadership to ensure alignment on areas of concern
Typical Background:
- 1-2 years of account management and/or customer support
- Prior utilization of Five9, Salesforce, Outlook
Key Skills:
- Proactive in building cross functional relationships
- Fanatical about improving the customer experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Impeccable work ethic and hitting targets
- Innate ability to multi-task and work autonomously
