Hybrid remote work. We have offices in Oxford, CT and Longmont, CO. Candidate can be based in CO or CT.

This role will manage 1 individual - an ERP Developer. This role will be technical and more strategic - managing user base training, performing upgrades, and making sure we are using our ERP system to its fullest potential. Our IT team is 5 overall and this role reports to the CFO and General Manager. Our rest of IT team includes an ERP Developer, an IT Manager, and a helpdesk engineer. We use Syteline as our ERP but are open to other ERP systems for the right candidate.

The Business Applications Manager has the primary responsibility for the optimization and health of the Infor CSI (Syteline) ERP system as well setting the direction and managing the selection and implementation of other company wide applications across our Connecticut and Colorado divisions. The manager will play a central role in ensuring CSI (Syteline) is operating effectively, and will actively coordinate across multiple business administrative departments, as well as regularly engage end users to improve experience. This position requires strong knowledge of business processes, project management skills, and extensive experience designing and managing ERP and other business systems. This is a hands-on position along with strategic planning.

• ERP (we use Infor / Syteline - if you have other ERP experience, we are open to that as well)
• SQL, T-SQL, MSSQL
• CRM, Business Intelligence
