At Caffe Boa Ahwatukee, we offer a unique working environment that's unlike any other restaurant in The Valley. We only operate on four holidays (Easter, Mother's Day, Christmas Eve, and New Year's Eve) and close early, giving you a shortened work-week and more time to enjoy your passions outside the kitchen (less than 50 hours a week). The job duties are as followed:

Assisting with addressing the stocking and setting up needs of the kitchen stations
Cooking main dishes and Special Board menu items - yes, this is a position where the chef cooks.
Plating prepared foods based on mutually agreed upon presentation
Working with servers to ensure that orders are completed according to request and on time
Ensuring that the kitchen operation procedures and hygiene meet food safety standards and regulations

We are immediately hiring, so if you have previous experience cooking and are already a chef or feel you're ready for a promotion, we want to speak with you.

The schedule varies and will include lunch and dinner hours most days, but still two days off. We are open Monday thru Friday at 11am, close at 830pm during the week and 9pm on Friday and Saturday. Closed Sundays. Yes, closed Sundays and no late nights! Is this even the restaurant industry?? Yes it is!!

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
