The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for our company. They will welcome guests and direct visitors to the appropriate person in the office. Coordinate front-desk activities, including directing phone calls and distributing correspondence. Ultimately, the Receptionist’s responsibilities are to ensure the front desk welcomes guests positively, and executes all administrative tasks to the highest quality standards.
- Efficiently manage incoming calls via busy multi-line switchboard
- Understand and determine the nature of the call and route to appropriate party in a timely manner
- Greet and check-in in visitors and notify appropriate person of visitor
- Maintain a safe and clean reception area by following established policies and procedures
- Coordinate company-wide announcements for employees, office etiquette, holiday schedules, upcoming events, etc.
- Assist in the planning and preparation of internal meetings, conferences and conference calls
- Complete tasks such as creating new hire packages, name badges, parking requirements, maintaining sign-up sheets for employee events, etc.
- Order office supplies
- Other administrative duties and projects as assigned by supervisor
- Requires a minimum of 1-2 years prior front office experience.
- Highly responsible, organized, timely and detail-oriented
- Tech-savvy with good computer skills
- Good phone etiquette, customer service and communication skills
- Professional and enthusiastic personality

The hourly pay for this position ranges from $15.50 - $16.50 per hour. Pay will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and relevant education and training.
