What You’ll Do
:
The Front End Web Developer designs and implements optimized experiences for our responsive website, emphasizing speed and performance. Work closely with multiple stakeholders to understand requirements and build experiences while maintaining high coding standards and best practices to maintain SEO and site speed scores.
Your
Key Responsibilities I
nclude:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business goals and end-user needs.
- Design and implement A/B and multivariate experiments using Optimizely.
- Monitor and analyze experiment results to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Implement and maintain optimal (ADA Compliant) website and mobile experiences.
- Analyze and interpret data from Optimizely experiments to make informed decisions about website optimizations.
- Work closely with Back-End Optimizely developers to create pages and blocks.
- Troubleshoot and debug existing solutions.
- Analyze and interpret data to identify areas for optimization and make recommendations for improvement.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in front-end development, optimization, and new features in Optimizely.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
- Perform other duties as needed or assigned.
What You Have:
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to analyze and interpret data from Optimizely experiments.
- Understanding and experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Proficiency with responsive design and mobile optimization
- Skilled at A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
- Expertise in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks, specifically React.
- Strong experience with Optimizely or similar CMS platforms.
Your Education and Experience:
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (preferred).
- 3+ years of experience as a front-end developer
- Experience with agile development methodologies is a plus.
Century Communities intends to offer the selected candidate a base salary within the range of 95K – 110K, plus an annual bonus. Offer will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience and education.
