CANDIDATES MUST LIVE WITHIN 50 MILES OF ALPHARETTA, GA OR FORT WORTH,TX.

As a customer care representative you will handle inbound calls from McKesson customers utilizing McKesson systems, processes, and procedures. Calls are handled with accuracy while meeting departmental and individual performance goals. You will integrate and practice McKesson Shared Principles of Integrity, Customer Centered, Accountability, Respect and Excellence (ICARE).

Schedule: Monday to Friday between the hours of 7:00am and 8:00pm CT. Possibility of on-call Saturdays and overtime. Flexibility required per business needs.

Minimum Requirements:
  • 0-2 years of customer service experience with proven customer satisfaction results as well as the ability to build relationships and resolve customer issues with quality in mind. The ideal candidate will learn quickly, has excellent communication skills, and basic computer skills.
  • You must be flexible to work any shift during operational hours of Monday – Saturday 7:00am-10:00pm
  • Must be able to work On-Call After hours

Preferred Requirements:
  • 1+ year of experience in a call center environment
  • Knowledge of SAP
  • Pharmacy Tech experience
  • Bilingual differential for fluent Spanish speaking individuals

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accept inbound calls and handle customer requests
  • General Pharmacy system troubleshooting
  • Assistance with adjudication issues
  • Intermediate PC, Windows, Network and Hardware troubleshooting
  • Enter all calls in the Call Tracking System with accuracy and well documented call notes
  • Communicate effectively with Internal and External customers

Additional Knowledge & Skills:
  • MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • General networking knowledge (routers, switches, VPN, connectivity)

Our Base Pay Range for this position

$17.53 - $29.21
