Job Description

We are looking for an experienced House Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and have a strong attention to detail. The House Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the house, ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely manner and that all areas of the house are kept clean and orderly. This position requires a high level of customer service, as the House Manager will be interacting with guests on a regular basis.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operations of the household.
• Ensure that all household staff are performing their duties in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for all members of the household.
• Coordinate with outside vendors and service providers to ensure that all services are provided in a timely and efficient manner.
• Ensure that all household supplies are stocked and maintained at appropriate levels.
• Monitor the budget to ensure that all expenses are within the allocated limits.

Job Type: Temporary

Pay: From $14.20 per hour

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Preble, NY: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)

Shift availability:

• Day Shift (Preferred)
• Night Shift (Preferred)
