ELS is hiring for the position of Housekeeper in Fremont, Wisconsin.

Cleaning Rental Units for our guests.

Recording cleaning supply inventory.

Reporting any maintenance concerns in common areas or rentals to the Management Team.

Being cross trained in other departments.

Responding to guest inquiries in a timely, professional manner and with patience and concern alongside the Management Team.

Solving guest-related problems and addressing conflicts with a positive attitude.

Maintaining open communications and ensuring the resort team is integrated and coordinated.

Providing outstanding customer service.

Performing other miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Attending team meetings.
Experience & skills you need:

Customer service experience is preferred but not required.

Organizational skills and attention to detail.

Valid driver’s license, good driving record and current auto insurance.

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Willing and able to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays are required.
