As an HR Assistant you will:

• Maintain HR Data and employee time schedules in HR systems
• Assist Human Resources and Safety with administrative functions
• Receive, sort, distribute and send mail/packages, order office supplies, send/receive faxes
• File, prepare, submit, and maintain all appropriate documents and reports
• Manage inventory and process order requests in a timely manner
• Ensure interactions with customers and departments are professional, courteous, informative and responsive to promote customer satisfaction
• All other job duties as assigned

This is a full-time opportunity.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Advanced skill level of Microsoft Office
• Flexibility within constantly changing priorities
• High level of attention to detail and workflow organization abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Analytical and critical thinking
• High school degree or Certificate in Communications, Organizational Development, Accounting/Finance, or general business
• 2-3 years related work experience
