The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for implementing and sustaining the HR People Practices within leadership and employees. As HR Manager, you will provide direct HR support for manufacturing employees, partner with leadership to develop talent management initiatives, and develop leadership capabilities for our front-line management team.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct HR support for manufacturing employees including onboarding, offboarding, coaching managers and employees, identifying and developing training needs, organizing employee engagement and retention efforts, resolving employee relations matters, etc.
  • Partner with leadership to develop succession plan and talent management initiatives for the Manufacturing operations
  • Mature and sustain strong governance of employment laws (both Federal & State)
  • Develop leadership capabilities of the Operations front line management
  • Leveraging existing tools and people practices, mature the development career path for production team members
  • Mature and sustain skills matrix for the production team
  • Manage and resolve simple to complex employee relations issues. Conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations
  • Ensure availability to staff, building rapport with individuals, encouraging strong collaborative relationships within and across various departments
  • Responsible for productivity management and sustaining of total compensation and recognition programs strategy
  • Partner with L&OD function to design, evaluate and monitor training programs utilizing established metrics to guide success
  • Act as a primary administrator in maintaining and updating employee records in the HRIS (SAP SuccessFactors).
  • Accountable for the full life-cycle recruitment process, including role scope, coordinating with internal/external recruiters, and facilitation of new-hire onboarding
  • Develop and publish HR analytics reports to convert insights from people-metrics into HR strategies
  • Respond to questions and concerns from employees regarding human resources programs and services and leverage data to drive efficiencies

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree from accredited university
  • 5+ years' experience as a senior HR Generalist/HRBP in a global manufacturing company
  • PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
  • Demonstrate experience supporting Manufacturing / Operations client groups (exempt and non-exempt employees)
  • Proficient in using MS Office applications such as Word and Excel
  • Strong verbal and written communication and customer service skills
  • Team oriented with ability to collaborate and work in a highly matrixed environment
  • Ability to prioritize and manage workflow
  • Maintains a high level of confidentiality
  • Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner
  • Results focused with an attention to detail and a strong commitment to excellence
  • Works independently with ability to proactively escalate issues
  • Power BI knowledge preferred
