Arvato Supply Chain Solutions in Memphis, TN is hiring an Inventory Clerk to join our team! In this role, you will assist with all Inventory Management functions while assisting the Operations Management team in troubleshooting SAP related issues.

Holidays and over time including weekends, will also be required as needed.

Overall Responsibilities:

• 
  Strategically create bin to bin movements in SAP
• Monitor SAP for Inventory Accuracy across multiple departments
• Research Inventory related issues physically and systemically
• Generate Counts for the Ops Team to act on
• Troubleshoot SAP related issues across multiple departments
• Coordinate with the Operations Management team on key trainings required to improve Inventory Accuracy
• Engage with the Customer regarding Inventory related issues and provide feedback immediately

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skill level

Preferred Skills and Key Traits:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience working with Word, Visio, Power Point, SAP, Excel and Outlook
• Able to interact with all levels of employees, management, external and internal customers
• Organizational and planning skills, including ability to: prioritize work, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, set personal goals and enforce personal deadlines, while maintaining flexibility to reassess and prioritize goals

Physical Demands & Work Environment:

• Must be able to lift/push./pull up to 50 lbs.
• Able to stand/walk for long periods of time
• May work with Dangerous Goods or Cold Chain materials
• Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
• Climate controlled warehouse environment
• Moderate to Loud noise level
