Starting pay: $18.00 per hour

Job Summary
Summary:
Responsible for clerical functions and administrative support of food service programs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Attention to detail
• Ability to read labels, compare data and verify all labels are printed correctly
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and computer knowledge
• ***REQUIRES WORKING IN A REFRIGERATED WORK ENVIRONMENT***

Summary: Prepares, presents and serves food as needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Printing labels, entering data, verifying data, using computer software.
• Performs prep work such as washing, peeling, cutting and seeding fruits and vegetables.
• Weighs and measures designated ingredients.
• Carries pans, kettles and trays of food to and from workstations, stove and refrigerator in accordance with safety standards.
• Stores food in designated areas following wrapping, dating, food safety and rotation procedures.
• Cleans work areas, equipment and utensils.
• Distributes supplies, utensils and portable equipment.
• Utilizes approved food recipes and production standards to ensure proper quality, serving temperatures and standard portion control.
• Relays relevant information to supervisor.
• Assures compliance with all sanitation and safety requirements.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• COVID-19 considerations: All employees are required to wear a face mask while working and are subject to daily temperature checks. All common areas are cleaned and sanitized multiple times a day.
