Job Description

We are currently hiring a Lawn Mowing/Landscape Crew Member who will work within our mowing division. As a Lawn Maintenance Crew member, you will be working with team of employees to help manage a group of residential and commercial lawns. You will also help with other task such as:

-Mowing residential/commercial properties

-Spring/Fall Cleanups

-Shrub Trimming/Bed Maintenance

-Tree & Shrub Removal

-Stump Grinding

-Leaf Removals

-Stump Removals

-Installing Mulch

-Cleaning Gutters

-Snow Removals

-Install Christmas Lights

Other seasonal lawn maintenance tasks

Responsibilities:

· Operate commercial-grade mowers and equipment to complete lawn maintenance tasks

· Communicate professionally with customers

· Execute strong attention to detail

· Work in a fast-paced environment while operating with a high sense of urgency

· Ensure exceptional customer service and quality at all time

Requirements:

· Have reliable transportation to and from work.

Pay with experience: Starting at $15-$19 depending on how much experience you have. We also offer performance bonuses that are based on completing regular routine tasks that are to be performed on a weekly/ monthly basis.

Pay without experience: Starting at $15 with raises as you learn.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 12 hour shift
• 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Springfield, MO: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Landscape maintenance (Required)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
