ABM is looking for a Maintenance Tech/ Grounds Keeper position for NOTUS school district. In this position you will be completing preventative and reactive maintenance repairs.

Perform a variety of skilled or semi‑skilled tasks, or skilled labor related to grounds and way maintenance, installation, or construction.

Maintain cleanliness of grounds including litter control, leaf removal and sweeping of paved areas.
Report to work under emergency conditions such as snow removal, downed trees, and storm water maintenance, as required.

Duties will include:

• Repairs and Maintenance to all Equipment in all Facilities
• Responding to spills, broken equipment and other emergency situations
• Assisting in all emergencies as needed – including after hours
• Accountable for working on your own and finishing tasks in timely matter
• Complete all job duties including maintaining and caring for grounds, litter control and keeping grounds free from debris
• Ability to work a flexible schedule

Must have a valid Driver's License and Mechanical Aptitude!

This is a full-time position that will allow room to grow and advance.
Schedule:
Monday – Friday and responding to Emergency Situations as needed.
Pay:
$16.50
