Executive Assistant/ Operations Coordinator $36 to $48 hr.

Our client, a small venture capital firm, which has one of their offices located in New York City, is looking to bring on an Executive Assistant/Operations Coordinator to their team.
The firm is seeking a dynamic, well-organized and flexible administrative coordinator who will also support the Executive Team and support general administration, company operations, communications and achieve organizational efficiency and ensure a pleasant experience for internal and external stakeholders and visitors.

This is a temp to perm opportunity!

Experience and skills :
  • The qualified candidate should be capable of working on a variety of diverse tasks to support the company’s overall operations, and may be expected to work on special projects and assignments on an as-needed basis.
  • The candidate must demonstrate strong organizational skills, in addition to the judgment, intuition and sensitivity to the confidential nature of the firms business.
  • With principal objectives of communication and operational efficiency, the qualified candidate must be an effective communicator and have the aptitude to form strong relationships across teams and verticals.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline strongly preferred, or five years of experience in office administration
  • Strong interpersonal skills, effective time-management, high degree of flexibility and capacity to multitask across diverse and sometimes disparate tasks
  • Strong organizational, verbal, and communication skills, being highly adept at communicating with staff across global office footprint
  • Consummate team player with collaborative and strong relationship-building skills, in addition to the ability to work independently in a manner that reflects the company’s culture
  • Excellent attention to detail and thoroughness required to ensure accuracy in all work product
  • Ability to manage highly sensitive, confidential information with complete discretion
  • High degree of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and related productivity software
  • Ability to work overtime if needed
