Responsibilities
The right leader for this position will be responsible for the overall operations and success of the practice. To drive success, the below are essential requirements:
  • Successfully manage top-line revenue to meet office set budgets.
  • Manage and control costs to drive EBITDA growth YOY.
  • Collaborate with Patient Relations Manager, Employee Relations Manager, and Business Manager.
  • Collaborate with Business Manager to improve office collections, claim generations, and improve overall office A/R aging.
  • Create and maintain a successful schedule for all providers in the practice.
  • Possess the ability to cover any of the other managers should they be absent from the practice.
  • Training any new employee in open dental software.
  • Responsible for daily deposits and end-of-day reporting.
  • Collaborate with the Employee Relations Manager to hold the team accountable for performance and manage employee time sheets.
  • Create an upbeat culture to lead the team to higher operational performance.

Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of dental leadership
  • Experience managing a P&L and proven experience driving EBITDA growth
  • Open Dental experience is required
  • Experience leading a team of at least 15 employees or more
  • Strong ability to lead through influence and collaborate at a high level
  • Strong understanding of all facets of dental operations
