Responsibilities
The right leader for this position will be responsible for the overall operations and success of the practice. To drive success, the below are essential requirements:
- Successfully manage top-line revenue to meet office set budgets.
- Manage and control costs to drive EBITDA growth YOY.
- Collaborate with Patient Relations Manager, Employee Relations Manager, and Business Manager.
- Collaborate with Business Manager to improve office collections, claim generations, and improve overall office A/R aging.
- Create and maintain a successful schedule for all providers in the practice.
- Possess the ability to cover any of the other managers should they be absent from the practice.
- Training any new employee in open dental software.
- Responsible for daily deposits and end-of-day reporting.
- Collaborate with the Employee Relations Manager to hold the team accountable for performance and manage employee time sheets.
- Create an upbeat culture to lead the team to higher operational performance.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of dental leadership
- Experience managing a P&L and proven experience driving EBITDA growth
- Open Dental experience is required
- Experience leading a team of at least 15 employees or more
- Strong ability to lead through influence and collaborate at a high level
- Strong understanding of all facets of dental operations
