Job Title: Pharmacy Technician
Assist registered pharmacists, as directed, in compounding, preparing, labeling, or dispensing of drugs used to fill valid prescriptions or medication orders, on in compounding, preparing, labeling in anticipation of a valid prescriptions or medication order, where such tasks require no clinical judgment.
Maintains an accurate, current census, including cassette bin labels, for all assigned areas. Completes documentation as required. Maintains adequate inventory of medications, supplies.

High School graduate or equivalent.
Experience Requirements:
Successful completion of a technician training program, or equivalent experience (as determined by the Director).
Licensing and Certification Requirements (if applicable)

The Mount Sinai Health System (MSHS) provides a salary range to comply with the New York City Law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. The salary range for the role is $36,252.28 - $96,672.75 Hourly. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, education, and hospital need. The salary range or contractual rate listed does not include bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation or benefits.
