Summary

Phlebotomist esponsible for the collections of blood specimens ensuring patient safety and consistency with age-specific considerations for all patients, neonates, infants, adolescents, adults and geriatrics, as well as employees.
Phlebotomist performs clerical functions, processing duties, and training of students and employees.
Phlebotomist completes established competencies for the position within designated introductory period.

Education

Required: High School Graduate or GED equivalent accomplished

Experience

Required: 6 months phlebotomy experience or formal training
Preferred: 1 yr experience
