ASSEMBLY TECHNICIAN

Description:

Work for an industry leading manufacturer with the most advanced production line of heavy-duty transit busses.

In this position, Assemblers are responsible for assembling and installing different components, accessories, seats, etc. of the busses through reading work orders, blue prints, and schematics.

To be successful in this position, this person will:

• Have basic measurement and math skills/understanding.
• Be able to work independently or as part of a team. Both require basic time management skills.
• Use hand and power tools throughout the day while being able to bend, stoop, reach, and lift to complete assemblies and installations.
• Adhere to and support safety and quality goals and initiatives as set forth by leadership.
• Ability to use small hand and power tools repetitively, as well as measuring equipment and tools.

Hours: Monday-Friday

• 1st shift 7:00am-3:30pm
• 2nd shift 4pm-12:30am
