Job Description

Goodale & Barbieri Company, a Spokane, Washington leading real-estate development and property management firm, is seeking a Real Estate Analyst to work in our Spokane, WA Corporate Office.

Duties Include:

• Compile, organize and enter data for tax appeal work. This includes researching and Analyzing market data for internal property evaluations as well as gathering relevant market data from various sources.
• Assemble financial due diligence materials and assist in sales/refinancing processes.
• Perform valuation reviews as needed, working with asset management team leaders to determine key assumptions and scenarios, and interpreting relevant market data.
• Assist Brokers in Broker Opinion Valuations (BOV) research and analysis, including assisting with preparing materials and scenario analysis.
• Monitor and analyze specified commercial and residential real estate market conditions, using the area’s internal and external real estate, financial and economic data, as well as researching via other sources.
• Assist in applying market research to help guide the benchmark underwriting assumptions for assigned properties as requested.
• Provide administrative support to the Commercial Real Estate Division
• Handle management phone calls from clients and customers.
• Provide monthly owner’s reports, prepare and enter lease information and letters for Commercial and leasing Managers.
• Code bills, research payments and create fee sheets and invoices for commissions.
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Associate's Degree in Business related field preferred. Bachelor's Degree in Business related field highly desired. Accounting experience preferred. Excel spreadsheet experience preferred.
• 1year related work experience in a professional office environment preferred
• Commercial & Residential Real Estate Industry experience preferred
• Tax assessment and analysis experience preferred
