As a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant, Nursing, you will recruit to fill a broad range of Nursing positions at UCLA Health. You will: * Establish and maintain strong rapport with internal departments and hiring managers. * Develop and maintain diverse applicant pools. * Follow-up with applicants regarding their applicant status. * Post job requisitions to the UCLA Health website. * Screen applicants as well as conduct phone and in-person interviews to ensure applicants meet licensing, certification, education and experience requirements. * Represent UCLA Health at local, state and national career fairs and conferences. * In collaboration with the Director of Compensation and Principle Analysts, you will also address compensation issues related to hiring. Salary range: $81,500-$192,500 Annually
We’re seeking a self-motivated professional with: * At least 3 years of experience with nurse recruiting * Exceptional interviewing and assessment skills. * Knowledge of federal EEO/AA laws and California employment law. * Strong collaboration, customer service, communication, analytical and problem-solving abilities. * Computer proficiency MS Word, Excel, HRIS databases, applicant tracking systems, and Internet sourcing techniques. * Experience with Avature ATS and/or Peoplesoft preferred. * Proven success using of a variety of sourcing techniques preferred * Ability and willingness to travel. * Bachelor's strongly preferred * Ability to be on site multiple times per month
