We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Permanent Spirits Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in the Manufacturing industry. As a Spirits Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing the sales and distribution of our premium spirits in Los Angeles and surrounding areas. You will be working closely with our market managers and other sales teams to ensure that our products are reaching the right customers and generating profitable revenue for the company.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share in the spirits industry.
  • Manage and lead a team of sales representatives to achieve sales goals and objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and other industry professionals.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new sales opportunities and market trends.
  • Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximize profitability and market share.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective marketing strategies and promotional activities.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations governing the sale and distribution of spirits.

Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in spirits sales and distribution.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and increasing market share in the spirits industry.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage and motivate a team of sales representatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and other industry professionals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct market research and analysis to identify new sales opportunities and market trends.
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing the sale and distribution of spirits.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
