Senior Sales Administrative Assistant

One Fat Frog is seeking experienced Senior Sales Administrative Assistants to support our operation in Orlando, FL. You are a pivotal member to our team, ensuring that the sales floor is running smoothly, and efficiently.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

• Respond to inquiries and schedule appointments for Sales Managers.
• Prepare project quotations and submittals.
• Assist customers, both by appointment and walk-ins and handling complaints timely and accurately.
• Submit documentation to lenders as needed.
• Must feel comfortable communicating via phone. You will be expected to make 50-120 outbound sales calls a DAY.
• Supporting the sales team by facilitating paperwork and data entry.
• Creating and managing quotes and invoices in our CRM.
• Maintain all files for finance and sales.

Minimum Requirements:

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Spanish/English bilingual skills are required for this position.
• Intermediate math skills
• Must be detail oriented
• Excellent organization
• Superior time management skills
• Must be discreet in handling the private financial information of clients
