Job Description

The Social Media Content Creator:

Social Media Management

Design and assist in creating social media profiles and posting.

Develop, implement, and manage social media strategy to increase audiences, engagement, sharing, and leads.

Develop, implement, and manage brand awareness with public, media, and influencers.

Post and respond to all messages, reviews, and comments promptly and appropriately following Standard Operating Procedures.

Coordinate leads and lead flow with leadership and intake departments.

Social Media Advertising Campaign Management

Manage paid advertising channels for Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, and other social media profiles.

Develop, implement, and manage advertising strategies for all social media accounts.

Use creatives and graphic design elements to create effective advertisements on the social media channels for all social media properties of all brands.

Video Setup, Production & Editing

Coordinate with leadership on scheduling video reviews.

Coordinate with leadership and/or vendors to edit & produce video content for advertisements, social media and brand websites.

Manage the scheduling, shooting/ producing, and publishing of video content such as firm walk thru’s, visits with vendors, property tours, walk-throughs and video ads.

Supervisory Responsibility

This position currently has no supervisory responsibility but may have some supervisory responsibilities as the department grows.

Qualifications for Consideration:

· 5+ years working in social media and/or digital marketing particularly with strategic implementation of social media campaigns.

· Experience leading social media campaigns and content development.

· Experience managing and promoting GMB profiles.

· Experience with e-commerce tools and metrics.

· Proficient in managing large budget PPC campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube, and other ad platforms.

· Strong storytelling abilities and writing skills for social media; provide samples of previous work.

· Proven ability to plan and organize major digital and social media marketing programs.

· In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms, their respective participants (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Vimeo Instagram, Pinterest, etc.) and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios.

· Expert understanding of how brands should participate in social media in an authentic way; understand social and meme culture and how to credibly work within it on behalf of our brands.

· Knowledgeable in SEO trends and standards.

· Experienced and proficient in video editing (i.e., text layover and video edits).

· Talented in designing creatives for social media campaigns.

· Decisive, analytical and highly data driven.

· Social media junkie familiar with measuring ROI in dashboards.

· Confident tracking campaign performance and KPIs.

· Strong communication skills.

· Extremely organized.

· Understanding of email marketing platforms.

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Facebook Analytics, Google Analytics, Active Campaign Email Marketing, CRMs, etc.

· Must be a positive, problem solver that takes initiative and direction well.

· Must be an idea factory, always coming up with new ways to keep content fresh.

· Bilingual (Spanish) a strong plus.

Compensation: Commensurate with experience and value added to the team.

Pay: $53,185.00 - $57,806.00 per year
