Social Media Manager

Our client, a manufacturer of the smallest portable double breast pump, is seeking an experienced, self-driven and agile Social Media Manager. Our ideal candidate is passionate about parenthood, aligned in the belief that babies deserve the absolute best, and will support this by creating winning messages to reach audiences across many channels. Working for the leading product manufacturer, your daily role entails creating original text and video content, managing posts, responding to followers, and expanding the network.
As a Social Media Manager, you are up to date on the latest digital technology and social media trends. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to express the customers’ views creatively and effectively. Your experience ensures elevated levels of web traffic and customer engagement.
What You Will Do
· Analyze customer expectations according to past social media activity.
· Develop social media campaigns.
· Update social media content across all channels.
· Proactive outreach to potential new collaborations and past collaborations to foster a relationship to generate sales via our affiliate program & build our network.
· Engage with customers and followers.
· Communicate effectively to all stakeholders including senior management and content developers.
· Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
Who You Are
· Experienced Social Media Manager.
· Experience in developing and implementing social media strategies.
· Display a record of success.
· Knowledge of best practices for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest.
· Excellent verbal and written communicational skills.
· Ability to craft engaging content.
· Organized and able to multitask.
Preferred Qualifications
· 4-year college degree – in Marketing/Social Media Focus
· Proven history of Affiliate Recruitment, Social Media Posting, Customer Relations, and overall Social Strategy Execution & Management.
