Candidate should have demonstrable years of solid experience in microservices development using NodeJS, Spring boot, Java in a large enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will be able to contribute to the delivery of software projects through their technical efforts effectively with cross functional and cross organization teams.

Responsibilities:

• Design, Develop , deploy and maintain API’s in NodeJS, Spring boot technologies.
• Work closely with the functional lead ,tech leads, architect, product owner and QA to design and develop services.
• Develop and perform unit testing, integration testing engaging interfacing application Prototype solutions as needed.
• Build scalable and fault tolerant solutions Integrate with overlapping cross-functional teams.
• Develop solutions to real world problems and provide effort and cost estimates.
• Work alongside administrators to ensure smooth deployment of changes.
• Participate in SAFe Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including 2 week release sprints.
• Mentor junior software engineers.
• Review functional requirements and implement test plans and test cases for automated/manual testing.
• Experience in data test cases development, test report documentation, regression testing.
• Utilize, expand and create new automated testing frameworks, preferably using BDD, Selenium.
• Identify quality issues and create test reports.

Candidate can work from any of the CVS Digital office locations in following states - TX, IL , MA, RI, GA, AZ, CO, NY.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 90,000
Maximum: 180,000

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Node.js (including asynchronous programming), Microservices, frameworks (e.g. Express, Nest), and JavaScript
• 2+ years of experience in Spring Boot, Java API (JSON, XML) development
• 1+ years of working experience on deploying NodeJS APIs to Google Cloud/GKE or any cloud platform
• 3+ years of experience in design of client and server-side architecture
• 3+ years of experience and comfort around back-end coding languages, development frameworks and third-party libraries
• 2+ years of experience with strong encryption methodologies, and common authentication patterns
• 3+ years of experience in developing SQL/NoSQL database schemas and ORMs (Object-Relational Mapping) that both support business processes and promote scalability
• 3+ years of experience in functional automation tools Experience in API testing using Postman/SoapUI or other tools
• 2+ years of experience in using Application Lifecycle / Test Management tools – Rally, Jira etc.
• 2+ years of experience with CI/CD pipelines – Jenkins, GitHub/Gitlab
• 2+ years of experience in Caching (Redis, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in large Retail, Pharmacy, a plus
• GraphQL framework development
• APIGEE development experience will be a plus
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools.
• Familiar with Agile Methodologies like SAFe
• Experience working with security scans and vulnerability fixes

Education
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
