Volt is immediately hiring a Utilization Management Representative in Meridian, ID
As a Utilization Management Representative you will:
  • Review member eligibility and benefit structure for referrals or authorizations.
  • Respond to incoming calls from internal and external customers
  • Request additional information needed to complete review of services.
  • Initialize, route and complete requests for services.
  • Inform members and providers of determination via telephone, electronic mail, fax or system generated, or customized written letter.
  • Review medical documentation for completion.
  • Return incomplete submissions to the sender.
  • Accurately enter and maintain documentation per company and state workflows, policies and procedures.
  • Review and work designated reports and programs as assigned.

The Ideal Candidate will have:
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • 2 years’ administrative support within a healthcare related industry
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office - Word, Excel & Outlook
  • Medical terminology knowledge
  • Candidates selected must meet all pre-screening eligibility requirements

Full Time On-Site - M-F 8a-5p
Pay – $19/Hr. weekly
