Role description

We are looking for a talented program manager to help us build out GFiber's fixed wireless programs to improve internet access for more people across the country. This PgM will manage the day-to-day operations for our internet trials, executing through ambiguity and providing inputs on program development. A successful candidate will thrive in being part of something new that can unlock significant growth opportunities for the business and bring high-quality internet to new customers.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations for fixed wireless deployments including customer recruitment, onboarding logistics, vendor management logistics, and inventory management
• Work with internal and external cross-functional teams to help remove obstacles, facilitate decision-making, and accelerate progress
• Drive execution of multi-disciplinary work streams required to launch technical field trials, as well as larger-scale deployments
• Own internal projects that drive forward the launch of new deployments (ex: launch approval logistics)

Minimum qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years of experience in program/project management

  • Experience building and leveraging cross-functional relationships to manage impactful programs across functions and organizations
  • Self-starter who can manage projects in a fast-paced environment and remain focused amidst frequently changing requirements
  • Quick learner with a background or interest in broadband / Fixed Wireless Access (FWA)

The US base salary range for this full-time position is between $114K - $163K + bonus + equity + benefits. As pay varies by location, your recruiter will share more about the specific salary range for your targeted location during the hiring process.
