Our role of Account Payable Analyst is based in Memphis, TN and will work with our internal and external customers performing accounting and clerical tasks related to the efficient maintenance and processing of accounting transactions.

Specific responsibilities include:

• Efficient and effective processing of invoices into our system
• Reconcile invoicing and receivable discrepancies.
• Verify vendor accounts.
• Reconcile monthly statements.
• Request credit memo.
• Review and provide daily reports.
• Process employee expense reports.
• Ensure timely payment to vendors.
• Meet documentation standard.
• Complete credit applications.
• Accurately process 120+ invoices per day.

  Associates Degree or 4+ years of relevant accounting experience
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
