Hire Up Staffing is currently searching for an experienced Collections / Accounts Receivable Associate for our client in the Vista area. Work schedule is Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm. Pay rate is $20-$23/hr depending on experience. This is a long term temp-to-perm position.


Responsibilities include:

• Taking credit card payments from clients
• Setting up ACH for clients
• Completing client vendor packets
• Contacting past due accounts by phone and email
• Sending out W9's as requested
• Dealing with the collection agencies when an account does not pay
• Entering in invoices into customer databases
• Process bankruptcy paperwork on accounts that go into default

Requirements:

• 2-3 years experience required in collections / accounts receivable
• Must be proficient in Excel & Word
• Must know when to have thick skin with accounts but also be kind
• Must have lots of organization and good communication skills
• Must be able to pass a background check and DMV check
