As the Business Systems Analyst, you will help to promote the vision of AnnuityHQ as the single source of truth for Lincoln’s individual annuity data by developing outbound processes for key stakeholders. This role will work collaboratively with the AnnuityHQ team for key decision making, resolving impediments and priority alignment as we work to extract data from AnnuityHQ, package and deliver it to our strategic business partners. As the voice of the customer, this role will analyze and deliver on more complex Business System Analysis assignments and projects. You will act as a resource to applicable internal/external stakeholders. You will also consult and collaborate with business stakeholders to define and validate more complex information technology solutions that meet the needs, goals, and objectives for the team.
This position is being created to establish, support, and maintain AnnuityHQ outbound data solutions that enable strategic partners to streamline processes and enhance their modeling and analytic capabilities. This position will partner with external vendors, strategic partners, internal business, and technical teams to drive data delivery. This position will be accountable to continue to drive the integration strategy and electronic capability adoption. Support will be needed for maintenance to the outbound processes that includes but is not limited to, product and rider development, regulatory changes, reinsurance agreements, system conversions and other enterprise initiatives. The person for this role will need to be detail oriented, be knowledgeable about annuity products and business practices, possess a high-level understanding of current and future system integration, have the ability to work with others in a team environment, be able to develop comprehensive business requirements, complete user acceptance testing, and have the ability to communicate clearly and concisely with key stakeholders.

Must-haves:
- 3 - 5+ Years of experience in areas that directly aligns with the specific responsibilities for this position
- 0 - 1+ Years of analyzing multiple complex data sources and document data elements, data flow, relationships, and dependencies.
- 0 - 1+ Years Developing and maintaining data models and associated metadata to be forward engineered on the respective database platform.
- 4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's)

Level: P3
Pay Range: $65,700 - $118,300
Actual base pay could vary based on non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, education, location, licensure requirements, proficiency and qualifications required for the role. The base pay is just one component of Lincoln’s total rewards package for employees. In addition, the role may be eligible for the Annual Incentive Program, which is discretionary and based on the performance of the company, business unit and individual. Other rewards may include long-term incentives, sales incentives and Lincoln’s standard benefits package.
