Our Call Center Representatives play a vital role. They provide telephone and email support for customers and branch staff. Utilizing a full range of Bank products and services, they effectively maximize the Bank's relationship with customers by striving to identify their needs and achieve excellent customer service.

Full Time Position starting at $15 per hour.

Hybrid Schedule normally offered after 90 days.

Essential Duties:

• Manages large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner. Identifies customers needs, clarifies information, researches issues and provides solutions and appropriate follow-up.
• Directs telephone calls to the proper individuals or departments in the Bank where the need can be satisfied.
• Provides direct service to the customers as appropriate, i.e., utilizing computer to determine account balance or loan balance, describes and sells products and services of the Bank, etc.
• Maintains awareness of various Bank functions in order to provide Call Center assistance to customers in areas of Online Services, Loans, Debit Card, and ATM support.
