Responsibilities

• Performing Activities of Daily Living by assisting with grooming, toileting, adult brief changes, oral care, and personal hygiene.
• Preparing well balanced meals and snacks. Keeping your client well-nourished and hydrated.
• Encouraging Client to walk, ambulate to keep them active and physically moving. Medication Reminders and following care plan routines.
• Cleaning up the home and performing light housekeeping tasks that promotes a neat and enjoyable environment for you and your client.

Requirements

• Experience –One Year or more of In-Home Caregiver experience or CNA is a plus!
• Skills –Experienced with Safe Transferring skills and strong Dementia behavior redirection techniques. Individuals that have empathy, compassion, trustworthiness and service-orientated are highly encouraged to apply!
• Characteristics –We want to hear from individuals that are self-motivated and willing to learn through experience and receiving feedback.
