Leading Automotive Manufacturer in Fountain Valley is hiring!!
Volt is immediately hiring an Incentives Claim Data Processor for an immediate hire.
As an Incentives Claims Data Processor you will:
- perform data entry of dealer incentive claims
- review and classify documents uploaded by dealers
- validate and approve dealer claims based on set criteria
- investigate claim cases with issues
- respond to claims relate inquiries via their email inbox
- support incentives personnel on ad hoc requests related to incentive claims
This is a temporary role expected to last 12 months, possibly longer. Position is remote to anyone in a reasonable commute to Fountain Valley, CA as you may be required to work hybrid in the near future.
Benefits Offered: 40 hours of sick time, 40 hours of vacation and 9 paid holidays.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 1 year of more experience in data entry or claims processing
- Have a strong attention to detail and strong problem solving skills
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Be proficient using MS Office
- Bachelors degree preferred
Pay Rate: $19.50/hr
