About J.P. Morgan Securities Services FX Client Management Team:

The Global Securities Services Foreign Exchange Client Management team is responsible for selling and servicing foreign exchange (FX) solutions to institutional investors globally. As both Custody and FX specialists, the team provide insight across the end to end operating model managing all client and prospective client queries across the FX product range including pricing and execution, product management, technical sales and relationship management with a core focus of creating client solutions.

The team manage existing FX relationships and deliver J.P. Morgan performance reviews focusing on execution, risk management and mitigation, solutions for client strategic FX requirements and the FX value proposition. The team also provides clients with insight on industry trends, market updates, regulatory and process changes.

Job Summary:

Reporting to the NA FXCM Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing existing and prospective custody FX clients. You will be measured by your ability to develop direct relationships with clients and be able to influence client behavior. You will be responsible for management of the existing client base, a key component of the role is to ensure the highest possible levels of client satisfaction, while focusing on creating new and innovative FX client solutions. This is supported by you working closely with Trading, Product, Operations and Service. You will also be required to partner with Platform Sales, who have overall responsibility for the broader client relationship across Securities Services.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage top tier custody FX client relationships with client contacts at all seniority levels
  • Identify opportunities to enhance revenue to client and/ or J.P. Morgan by introducing FX solutions to existing and prospective clients
  • Ensuring consistent, highest quality of service standards for each relationship, driving the development of appropriate metrics and management reporting
  • Retain existing book in a manage pricing negotiations
  • Effective pipeline management and coordination of sales efforts across regions
  • Provide clients with insight and perspective regarding industry trends and issues
  • Ensure robust controls are in place to support accurate internal set ups for client relationship in line with contractual terms

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills :
  • Experience in Foreign Exchange Sales and a solid understanding of Global Custody
  • Knowledge of FX markets, trading and trade lifecycle with strong operational experience
  • Relationship management skills - both internal and external
  • The ability to interact with clients and Sales to extract product needs and opportunities for enhancement
  • Effective communicator at all levels, excellent written and verbal presentation skills
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills with a structured approach to problem solving and an ability to challenge the status quo
  • Ability to multi-task, effectively prioritize workloads, and manage multiple streams of work concurrently
