Assistant Clinic Manager
Serenity Healthcare is seeking an Assistant Clinic Manager for our Superior, CO office. In this role, you get the opportunity to connect with patients and be part of Serenity’s mission, helping patients take back their life! This position is part of our management succession plan, with fast growth opportunity into leadership positions (Operations Management, Regional Management, etc.). The primary responsibility of our Assistant Clinic Manager is to promote the right medical solution through empathy and connection with our patients. It is important to provide them with compassion and understanding, as well as educating them on Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and Ketamine Infusion therapy. Daily Responsibilities
  • Ensure positive patient experience by providing support and compassion.
  • Passionately educate our patients on the treatment options Serenity offers.
  • Foster a positive and encouraging environment for members and peers.
  • Be the nucleus for patient communications during and after treatments.
  • Record patient assessment data into our Electronic Health Records system.
  • Consult with members to gather pertinent information regarding current symptoms, medication history and overall state of well-being.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma/ GED.
  • At least 1+ years of target or commission-based sales experience in medical sales or marketing.
  • Passion for helping people in a patient-centric culture.
  • A quick learner comfortable in an innovative environment.
  • Self-driven and motivated.
  • A desire to grow into a leadership position within Serenity, and an openness to mentorship.
