Essential Duties and Responsibilities


Manage FUI social media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.) and website, as needed, to create company and employee awareness


Collaborate with Sales, HR, and Operations to produce relevant content and ensure its effectiveness


Develop and implement brand strategies and campaigns to build brand awareness of current and future brands


Create shareable content appropriate for specific networks to both spread our brand and our content/links


Maintain content and social media campaigns to drive more traffic and interaction from consumers, suppliers, and employees


Foster a high-level of awareness within all local communities and promote FUI as an employer of choice


Create and post blog content for each of FUIs brands regularly on website to update audiences on company news


Conduct analytical research to determine traffic on social media platforms; provide feedback to improve audience experience


Manage FUI internal and external digital programs/campaigns and electronic signage to create brand and employee awareness


Monitor and/or engage in social discussion about our company on social media platforms


Work with HR to identify most favorable recruiting opportunities and resources, including posting of positions


Oversee relationships with radio, paper, advertising agencies


Assist with additional company awareness projects through media (print, broadcast, etc.) and events, as needed


Assist in designing and managing layouts of communications such as presentations, newsletters, and event materials


Situations may arise that require employees to temporarily or permanently assume responsibility for tasks not specifically outlined in this job description. Employees may be requested to work additional hours and/or accommodate a heavier than normal work load

Qualifications


BS in Communication, Graphic Design, Marketing, or related field, preferred


3-5 years of experience in digital marketing development, managing successful web ad and social media campaigns


Strong knowledge in programs related to company marketing/web/digital, including metrics, analytics, etc.


Proficient in Microsoft Suite


Advanced written and verbal communication skills with high level of professionalism


Experience in brand development


Experience in a social media, communications, or staffing/recruiting


Strong sense of initiative and independent problem-solving with the ability to manage time with little supervision


High level of proficiency, accuracy, discretion and confidentiality


Advanced organizational and time management skills to conduct multiple tasks within constraints of timelines


Travel up to 20%, annually; valid Class D Drivers License
