Job Description

OFS is looking for a Cost Analyst to be an integral part of their Costing team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Will include but not be limited to the following:
Develop and maintain standard costs for raw material, labor, and overhead
Maintain ERP system attributes using multiple reports
Review changes to part labor routings and adjust costs accordingly
Generate quotes for customers
Perform month-end financial close processing
Preparation of weekly and monthly KPI’s for manufacturing, supply chain, and marketing teams
Support cost reduction and productivity enhancement projects
Perform time studies at various plants
Execute data analysis on financial information
Assist with special projects as required

QUALIFICATIONS

General PC proficiency with strong skills in Microsoft Excel
Ability to read Prints/Drawings
Knowledge of Bills of Materials and Routings
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work with cross-functional teams
Positive attitude
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
Experience with Oracle ERP systems a plus, but not required
Understanding of furniture manufacturing processes and construction methods

EDUCATION

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or equivalent experience in a related field preferred
