Anchored Executive Search is helping one of our best clients find a Director of Nursing for a beautiful Skilled Nursing Facility in San Diego!

• Well established Post-Acute Operator with more than 40 SNF's in CA and they have a great reputation
• This building is in a beautiful location and the building presents very well aesthetically
• The building is licensed for over 100 beds with a 4 star Quality Measure and Staffing rating!
• This building has a great RVP and Regional Nurse that are both very seasoned in San Diego and are great to work with
• The base salary is 200k+ with a 2% profit sharing model which can bring the total comp to $250k+
• Looking for a strong clinician but also a strong leader that loves to help develop and mentor younger nurses and promotes a positive work environment
• Must have a CA RN license

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $200,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
