The Partnership Engagement Operations Director is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Core Partnership Engagement Team. They work with team leaders to ensure the effective deployment of resources across teams, including the deployment of presenters and trainers. The Director will coordinate the execution of a centralized scheduling system, tracking PD delivery, reporting and revenue recognition, training certification and other projects throughout the customer journey. The Director also researches and recommends new tools to meet the needs of a changing landscape and to consolidate and streamline operations.
Position Type: This is a regular, full-time position.
- Compensation: Base pay is anticipated to be between $93,268.00 and $120,000.00 per year. Eligible employees may also receive incentive/commission/annual bonus pay based on individual and/or company performance. Compensation may vary based on factors such as, but not limited to, individual skills, experience, training, education/certifications, geographic location, internal equity, and local market conditions.
- Location: In this US-based position your location will be remote.
- Travel: You can also expect up to 20% travel, so be sure you have a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance and a clean driving record for at least the preceding 39 months.
Envision Your Experience

In this role you’ll have the opportunity to:
- Lead in all key areas of PD data and operations, including data in Salesforce and NetSuite.
- Represent CPE team in company-wide sales data initiative, including Project SCORE.
- Conduct monthly audits, reporting delivery days and revenue, and CPEmetrics.
- Collaborate with the leaders of Sales and Success to address all operations throughout the customer life cycle.
- Partner with Professional Development and Engagement Directors for Core to ensure PD staffing and delivery requirements are met.
- Collaborate with leadership within CPE cross-departmentally in the development and implementation of operational plans.
- Analyze current processes, maximizing efficiency and productivity, recommending solutions for improvement.
- Set strategic goals for operational efficiency and increased productivity.
- Develop, implement, and monitor day-to-day operational systems and processes that provide visibility into goals, progress, and obstacles for key initiatives.
- Build and maintain relationships with all department leaders and external partners to make decisions regarding operational activity and strategic goals.
- Devise strategies to ensure growth of programs enterprise-wide, identifying and implementing process improvements that will maximize output and minimize costs.
- Up to 20% travel required.
Share Your Expertise

Experience, education, and qualifications essential for success in this role, include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, or related field and 10+ years of experience in operations function; or an acceptable combination of education and experience.
- Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, or related field preferred.
- Strong problem-solving capability with the ability to sort through information from internal data and make recommendations.
- Detail oriented; extremely organized and meticulous with data.
- Ability to work remotely and independently and lead projects proactively, delivering services on time and within budget.
- Highly motivated with demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills, self-directed; able to handle multiple priorities with demanding timeframes.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create a high-quality results-driven, team-oriented environment.
- Willingness and ability to work flexible hours and travel.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, online video chat and database software.
- Working knowledge of NetSuite and understanding of cloud-based Web Technology (preferred).
- Must have an acceptable driving record.
