Are you a social media MAVEN? Let's Talk!
I am looking for someone who can really help me blow out my social media! We are in a slowing real estate market, and NOW is the time to really make a splash with my branding and marketing. I've been thinking about this for years, and have tried it on my own... and I need someone who is good on their thumbs, with clever quick wit, who can help me to Plan and Grow my social media presence with a consistent message and brand: Instagram, Linked in, Facebook and TikTok (but no dancing, please!!!) I have a monthly newsletter and a so-so website. I need everything to be brought up several notches to be smart, informative, fun, and on-message that I am the go-to resource in San Francisco for residential & investment properties. I'm good face to face but slow on the social, and need more expertise.
Core responsibilities
Plan and execute social media and digital marketing advertising campaigns
Plan and execute a regular posting schedule & topics for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, & youtube, etc.
Create 5+ social media posts a week, w market info, new listings, "happenings around town", etc.
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns
Identify trends and insights, and figure out how we can be on top of the trends!
Integrate my email newsletters with my website (square space) and set up a blog page that I can share on linked in, etc.
Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate what's working, what's not getting traction, and pivot as needed
Collaborate with my local operations manager
Qualifications/Skills
Experience in Real Estate Marketing
5 years experience in digital marketing and advertising
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
Working knowledge of website & social media analytics tools
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field, or life experience commensurate to a degree
