Event Coordinator
Reports to: Event Manager
This is a full-time, non-exempt position
The Buffalo and Erie County Botanical Gardens, a living museum with a mission to inspire curiosity and connect people to the natural world, is searching for their next team member – Event Coordinator! This is a key role in fulfilling our mission of inspiring curiosity and connecting people with the natural world through the living museum and an essential part of the Marketing and Events Department at the Botanical Gardens. The Event Coordinator will assist in the execution and orchestration of both internal and private events held at the Botanical Gardens.

Teamwork & Relationship Building
Education and Experience
Associates Degree or relevant experience in the hospitality or related field and at least two-years of experience in event planning or event management. Non-profit experience preferred.
